The round servo horn is in the return kit. Can we drill holes in this to attach to an arm?

Yes, but it wont lift an arm.
BEST Large motors: ¼” shaft with 21 RPM @ 12 in*lbs of torque at max output power = 21*12 = 252 RPM * inch * lbs (100%) continuous rotation
BEST Small motors: ¼” shaft with 45 RPM @ 4.75 in*lbs of torque at max output power = 45*4.7 = 213 RPM * inch * lbs (85%) continuous rotation
Servos:  spline output to servo horn with 25 RPM @ 1.75 * in-lbs of torque Power = 25 * 1.75 = 44 RPM * inch * lbs (18%) but rotation range is only +/- 45 degrees.

Sorry I wasn't too clear there. It isn't lifting the arm. It is attached to the end to to open/close a grabber/claw. We are using the mid-size motor to control a lightweight PVC arm. We got it attached and are racing to prepare for tomorrow's field practice!
