I designed and printed parts for a quadrature encoder suitable for BEST Robotics,  on Tinkercad
There is a wavy ring and an encoder bracket to hold microswitches.
The intent was to make a quadrature encoder to measure distances for autonomous driving routines.
This version didn't work perfectly, because the small micro-switches have such flimsy lever arms, and they get caught and ripped off.
Maybe some ducttape will help hold the lever arms on more robustly.

What 3d printer ideas for BEST Robotics TCPs are other people trying?
